Jerome and Alex really went above and beyond for me while doing my first very big purchase ever, I would highly recommend them to get your car or cars here with them! Jerome was very helpful when getting a deal and showing me the cars and was really outgoing and made me feel at ease with the process..

Today was my first visit to this dealership. My poor 15 yo Ford finally called it a day and I needed a truck. I got a great deal on a sweet Ram 1500 for Black Friday weekend on the Tuesday following. Stand up salesmanship, honored an internet posted price and went out of their way to make it a win for everyone. Drove up from Corvallis and was glad I did. This is a COVID-19 pandemic post by the way and mask compliance was 99% which was nice. Posted this on Google too because I thought it worth the time to do. Thanks Mo!

Thought it could be a horror story but Salem Volkswagen really stepped up! Bought a 2008 Prius, Daniel Sheets was my salesman and did a great job. Bought the car on Monday, "As Is, No Warranty," Tuesday afternoon after driving it about 15 miles, 3 lights come on to indicate a problem. Go online to see what they mean, not good from what I can find. I call Salem Volkswagon service department, tell them I know it's "As Is, No Warranty," tell them the situation. Service Managers response, we would never do that to a customer and told me to bring it in. I take it in, they have it a day and call me to tell me they aren't able to diagnose a Prius and I need to take it to Toyota. They add that they will pay for the diagnostics and go from there. I make appointment at Toyota and drop the car off. Get a call that afternoon that the car is ready. I ask what the issue was and what the cost is? Toyota tells me no charge to me, Salem Volkswagon took care of it, little over $300. Wish there were more businesses that care about their costumers like this. They could've easily used the "As Is, No Warranty" agreement I signed but really took care of me. Thank you Salem Volkswagon! I will be a customer again!

Great services, clean areas but it took a while for oil change even with an appointment. I was told 5 cars ahead of me and some were walking ins, didnt really liked that. But anyways good service.

My husband and I were in the market for a used car. We had a lot of specific criteria on what we wanted. After a few visits to this dealership we finally found one that checked all of our boxes. We worked with Moe, he was very helpful and did not make us feel pressured in any way. Their prices are fair and we got to the number we wanted to be at. I stayed to sign all the paperwork with Alex, who was professional and thorough yet I was out of there in under an hour! The car was detailed nicely and felt brand new. It was a wonderful car buying experience and I would recommend to anyone!

Lexi (Alexis) was AWESOME! She gets 5 stars. I'd definitely use her again and recommend her to others. She wasn't pushy. She let me take my time, and she worked hard to get the truck to the price I wanted and could afford. PLUS! Lexi drove an hour in the pouring rain that evening to pick up the title for our trade, and have my husband sign off since the trade was in his name.It would have been 5 stars, but the person I signed papers with at the end was the most frustrating part. I had a long wait, and it ends up he was figuring out what things to upsell me on. I told him right away that I didn't want any of the extras but he said he had to tell me all of them for legal reasons. I insisted that I had been there nearly 3 hours and was very hungry since lunch had long since past. PLUS! I was paying in full with a check. I had already reached my max budget and wasn't about to finance lifetime oil changes or interior coverage on the truck. He said he hadn't eaten yet either and continued to ask if I wanted to buy additional options.I'd use Lexi again in a heartbeat, but not the person who did all the final paperwork. I would have rather continued the transaction with her.

I had a great experience recently with Greg and the service team at Salem VW and I want to share it. I have a 2017 Golf Alltrack that I love and it just turned 9k miles. Right before New Years it developed a pretty bad water leak caused by a bad seal in the moonroof assembly. The service department put me at ease and provided me with a loaner car for 3 weeks while the parts needed were rushed in from out of country. I am a very particular guy and my car is immaculate inside and out and when I got it back it was all as it should be. Thank you Salem Volkswagen for fixing my Alltrack and for the loaner Jetta, which, subsequently, my good friend Rob bought a new 19' Jetta from Coda because he loved my loaner car and couldn't believe the value. Thanks to all and keep up the great job!Damon in Salem
