I had a great experience recently with Greg and the service team at Salem VW and I want to share it. I have a 2017 Golf Alltrack that I love and it just turned 9k miles. Right before New Years it developed a pretty bad water leak caused by a bad seal in the moonroof assembly. The service department put me at ease and provided me with a loaner car for 3 weeks while the parts needed were rushed in from out of country. I am a very particular guy and my car is immaculate inside and out and when I got it back it was all as it should be. Thank you Salem Volkswagen for fixing my Alltrack and for the loaner Jetta, which, subsequently, my good friend Rob bought a new 19' Jetta from Coda because he loved my loaner car and couldn't believe the value.
