My sales assistant Alex was so helpful! He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted and helped the process move along quickly. The gentleman in finance was also very courteous and helpful. They kept me informed throughout my time at the dealership. The showroom is very clean and modern. I am always pleased with the service department staff as well.

SERVICE DEPT: Always friendly. Always helpful. Always easy.BUYING A CAR: They were great. Although I fear financing is a game to them trying to put me in at a high finance rate, and then finally getting me in under half that like I expected (I was preauthorized when I walked in by my own bank). I would give 5-stars but they did not take into consideration the things I asked to remain consistent in giving me the things I wanted. I had a special plate (Crater Lake) and I was not assured it was ordered. The financing game completely dissolved the little things I asked for, and those are the things that matter the most. Never take what they present at first. Take the lower cost extended warranty like I did. Saved me a couple thousand!
Walked in for an oil change and tire rotation. They had me out in less than 2 hours and it was a pretty packed house. Car was returned washed and vacuumed as well!
The whole process was smooth and easy. The team also ensured the process was fast. We bought from out of state and had a long return trip after the purchase. We were on the road in less than an hour.
Nearly every person we met with were customer focused and very kind. Not pushy at all. From Sam in dealing with the online set-up of the test drive to Alex who actually sold us the car. They both are assets to your company. Car was clean which is more than we can say for the nearby Honda dealership. Waiting area was comfortable, coffee machine, and you can explore some old VWs in the lobby if waiting for the finance guy.
Salesman Jim was easy to work with and had a good attitude. Overall buying process went well (about what you’d expect...finance office was quite pushy on extra products). My new car has been great so far.
