Incredible buying experience! Worked with Sales Advisor Jesse Reck to find the perfect truck for me. Any minor repairs or discrepancies were addressed and being taken care of. Worked with Finance Manager Mike Brown to get a good rate with my not so great credit. He was able to get us some extra coverage not included in the original sell as well. VW of Salem made the buying experience fun and stress free. We will be purchasing our future vehicles here.
Best experience ever. Bought 2 cars in one day and we were done and out the door in an afternoon. Mo and the rest of the team were great to work with. I’ve had previous experience with a CPO car that was also purchased from them and the service department is top notch. Well done VW of Salem!!!

Quick rundown.....I found a car that I liked and contacted VW of Salem to come and take it out for a drive. We set up a Sunday at Noon. We arrived and checked the car out, went for a test drive and loved the car - a 2020 VW Passat SEL - White with Shetland Beige Interior. Jim took care of us and we were only his 2nd sale since recently starting there. He is a true Southern gentleman and we loved working with him. I told him what I was willing to pay and what I was not willing to pay. He took it to finance (no BS whatsoever) and we bought a car. I am a huge fan of Volkswagens so the fact that I liked the car was no surprise. I am not a fan at all of the car buying experience but Jim made this go as smoothly as possible. Very satisfied customer and very happy with our salesman. Thumbs up all the way around. BTW, the car is amazing!!!!!!
greg in service department is an outstanding salesman to deal with!!he helped me, who’s not experienced in the knowledge of mechanics to understand what happened and the process of how they fixed it.definitely recommend going into volkswagen of salem for any repair needs. oh and the complimentary car wash and vacuum is pretty nice.

Omar and Lexi were extremely tentative and patient with us. We walked away with two vehicles and never once felt pressured. They're also dog friendly they watched our puppy while we were signing paperwork which is a big plus.
Miguel was an awesome low pressure salesman. Good follow up after the sale as well.
