I normaly do not like going to any dealerships mainly because i might get taken advantage of buying a new vehicle but this location was very welcoming and Alex Jr. Was a great help in getting me into a new vehicle

Today was my first visit to this dealership. My poor 15 yo Ford finally called it a day and I needed a truck. I got a great deal on a sweet Ram 1500 for Black Friday weekend on the Tuesday following. Stand up salesmanship, honored an internet posted price and went out of their way to make it a win for everyone. Drove up from Corvallis and was glad I did. This is a COVID-19 pandemic post by the way and mask compliance was 99% which was nice.

I just purchased my second vehicle from VW of Salem. Let me tell you how amazing, stress free and simply wonderful everyone I interacted with. Dane and Alex made everything super fast and pressure free. When I tell you I looked at, test drove, made a deal and signed papers within like 3 hours! I have never had a dealership care so much about my time. Go buy your next car here you won’t regret it!

Ron in parts is the man! I'm a service advisor at a independent shop in Eugene and Ron is the most knowledgeable, quick and polite parts guys I deal with on a regular basis. So much so that we prefer ordering from Salem over our much closer local dealer. Ill have to come by and put a face to the name next time I'm passing through THANKS RON!

What a pleasure to have a standup salesman (Moe). The dealership list their price upfront instead of ripping you off. It’s the first time I’ve ever left a review for a car dealership. Moe was outstanding to work with. If you buy a car here I would ask for him to help you.

Dane and Chris were fantastic! Super nice and helpful over the phone. When I got there I got helped by Dane very quickly and fixed everything that I was worried about on my vehicle. Also kept me up to date on what was going on while I was waiting. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I left there very happy and satisfied with my purchase. He even called a few days later to check up and make sure everything was good with my vehicle. Very highly recommend buying a vehicle from volkswagon of Salem!

Shout out to Alexis who took the call and was super upbeat and friendly. Once we got there she was helping another client, so Daniel S helped us out. He made it super easy for us. We know what we wanted he didn't try any rude dealer tactics like the other dealers we went to in the past did. He kept his word on what needed to be fixed before we got our car.
