Greg got my car squeezed in and fixed even with a full shop. Warrantied a part that is still up in the air wether or not it will be covered. They did a good job fixing my car as well as giving it back clean. I definitely will be recommending them in the future and be returning if I run into anymore issues. Thank you

After a bump, Greg the service Manager is taking good care of us. He is making sure we start out happy being 1st VW owners. We'll buy from them again and referring our daughter there.

This is a mixed review. Started out with a horrible sales person that kept lying to me about features about the car we were looking for. He just made us not want to go back, typical sleezy sales tactics. We loved the car so finally went back and luckily someone else helped us finalize the deal and Jerome was so friendly and helpful and apologized about the previous experience. Turned out great but started out very bad. I guess if you don't like the salesperson helping you ask for someone else. Paperwork only took about 2 hours but it was also at the very end of the day.

Mike Brown was amazing. One of the best experiences we have had at a dealership. He was extremely responsive to all calls and e-mails. Just a great atmosphere overall. They worked with me on want I could afford . Had to wait for franchise a little long. There was only one person working. Other than that I love my car.

The service team was awesome. I didn't have an appointment and was 500 miles past due on my oil change. They got my car in and out with in 45 min. Very friendly as well

So I was dealing with my salesman on a trade-in and a purchase. we didn't come to an agreement which was fine. they still had great customer service and they have to make money and I'm trying to save money I understand.

Just needed a couple parts, and they had them. Saved me money from ordering online, something I cant often say. Everyone there was nice, quick to acknowledge me when I entered, pointed me to the right place. I was in out and happy.

very smooth process buying my first used car. MiKe Brown, sales, was very professional, no pressure, and accommodating. He even came in on his day off to help with something I needed before closing the deal. Prompt in his email/text replies, but not nagging. A very good experience!

I had some recall work that needed to be taken care of. They got me in the morning after I called, replaced the parts, and had me back on the road that same day. We recently had a great experience with VW of Salem! We were greeted upon arrival but not like we normally are at a dealership. We didn't feel like we were swarmed by a salesperson. We were asked what we were looking for, it was quickly found, hopped into a vehicle for a test drive and the rest is history. I would recommend this dealership based on the experience we had. We never felt pressured and feel like we got a great deal. What typically is not a fun task [of buying a new car] was actually quite easy with Monte and we didn't spend hours feeling stuck inside a dealership. If you're in the market for a new VW, head to Salem and ask for Monte.

I really love this dealership. They always have a great selection of cars. Due to their huge inventory they can give the best deals around. I have bought three vehicles here in the last year and have been happy with each purchase.
