This is a mixed review. Started out with a horrible sales person that kept lying to me about features about the car we were looking for. He just made us not want to go back, typical sleezy sales tactics. We loved the car so finally went back and luckily someone else helped us finalize the deal and Jerome was so friendly and helpful and apologized about the previous experience. Turned out great but started out very bad. I guess if you don't like the salesperson helping you ask for someone else. Paperwork only took about 2 hours but it was also at the very end of the day.
