Greg the Service Manager is outstanding and along with Josh took good care of us as a 1st time VW owner. Small issue on V'Dubs end with our warranty but they never hesitated in making sure the work was done right.

Terrific no BS negotiation with terms that didn’t change between a call and the one hour drive to Salem. No pressure sales people. Great finance manager. Easiest no frills car purchase I’ve ever had.

Josh did an outstanding job working with me when I brought three 2015 Passat’s in for recall, emissions follow up and service. He keep me updated at all times! The young lady at the rental desk also did an incredible job, both were outstanding! “Job Well Done”!

I brought my Golf TDI in it’s 40,000 mile service at 2:00 PM and was told it would be ready by 5:00. I was out of there before 4:00, allowing me to miss most of the traffic home. It is always good to have the work completed sooner than expected.All aspects of my appointment went well from ease of scheduling to an accurate cost estimate for the maintenance required.I will keep returning to Volkswagen of Salem for all my maintenance and repairs.

Due to my work schedule it is very hard for me to stay in contact with Volkswagen while my vehicle was being serviced, but at the end of the day they go the distance to make sure everything is done right and that the customer is satisfied. Even with my lack of communication they managed to take care of my car and it is much appreciated. Thank you to Greg and the rest of the team for the quality service, this is a team you can rely on to get you taken care of. The next time my vehicle needs serviced I look forward to bringing it back to the same team that’s been taking care of it from the start.

I always love coming to Lithia for service. The service guys make me feel special, explain all the services and go out of their way to make any request happen. The waiting area is phenomenal. After dropping off my car I am taken home and later picked up after a lengthy service is completed. The drivers are always cordial and polite.

Great buying experience. Salesman Nick Bean stepped up and helped is out when an issue was found with the vehicle we bought. Volkswagen of Salem fixed the problem, gave us a loner car and were great to deal with. Greg from the sevice department kept us well informed of how things were going.

Omar was very helpful with us looking for a car, he drove the cars up to the building for us to look at. he accommodated with our price range. He spent the afternoon trying to find the best car for us. He was really great. I would reccomend Volkswagen of Salem for sure.

We have been getting our vehicles serviced here for a few years now. They always do a great job, very friendly, and courteous. They give you details on what's going on with your vehicle each time. They do a great job and recommend their services to anyone.

Great service and convenience and very nice people, but very high prices. Had a transmission maintenance service done that cost almost $450. Nothing was wrong and it was done quickly. Will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future for a better pricing option for maintenance service.

It was my first time to have my car oil change done at this place. I am so glad to find this best place out of many other options because fewer place would take time thoroughly clean your car both interior and exterior for FREE as this place did. Further more, this place accepts phone appointment including Saturday; Weekday they would be open until 11pm for customers’ convenience, plus the fancy coffee machine....From now on, I would never go to any place else to have my car serviced done.HIGHLY Recommended this 5 star place!!!

Hands down best car purchasing experience I've had yet. The staff were all helpful and attentive and saleswoman Alexis Hunsaker helped me get the perfect car to meet my many criteria in an efficient and timely manner, went out of her way to expedite the process, and even let me use her phone charger! Definitely will be returning here for future car needs! 5 stars!

We worked with Dallas one of the salesman there. Great guy! Showed us around and helped us find the right vehicle for our family. He went to bat for us and kept our price point in mind.
