2012 Ram 1500 - I was very pleased with the no pressure purchase of the Truck of my dreams. The sales staff were very nice and answered all of my questions. I have not experienced a better auto purchased in my life.

Ruben was very nice! I didn't feel pressured to buy a car at all and he did his best to find what I was looking for. It did take a really long time to get back to sign the paperwork. Ruben did his best to keep us entertained and informed, which was really nice. Overall it was a pretty nice experience. :)

I just had my vehicle in for an oil change, a light replacement that required taking the front bumper off and a intake manifold replaced. They got everything done in a timely manner and kept me updated on the timeline of when it would be ready. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Tanya was our salesperson. She was amazing! She was very low pressure and highly service-oriented. We found a car that worked for us, with deals added on top and a low price that made our purchase reasonable.

This is the place to go if your a first time nervous buyer.Jose the "problem solver" and Francisco were amazing and able to work the numbers I gave them and had me in and out pretty quickly.Francisco went far above and beyond what I expected in any car salesman and contacted me about problems I was having way after hours and his day being over. Big credit to this man for the effort he made for a stranger.Jose took lead when I arrived at the dealership and already had my numbers ran and approval pending how I liked the vehicle.These two men were amazing and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car go into the dealership and ask to be helped by them.

Mike Brown at the Volkswagen Dealership was nothing but amazing. His amazing customer service and compassion was something you really don't see much of today. He was very clear from the start that he had our best interest at hand. It was the fastest process I've ever been through when trying to buy a car, and he was very honest and realistic with us the whole time. We thank him and the folks at Volkswagen for their hard work.

I was pleasantly surprised when Francisco, the sales manager and the shop followed through on a recurring exhaust gasket issue. It was a used car with over 117,000 miles and they honored their commitment even after the first repair failed.Very impressive. That's Integrity

And then once we bought the car we ran into some issues, and without hesitation the sales and service team were so helpful. We walked into see a used SUV we had seen online but forgot which car we were looking for. The gal at the desk has a salesman men help us out. He was able to figure out what we were looking for and got us a test drive. We decided that we wanted the car and we would be paying cash. They worked with us in the price we wanted to pay out the door. We went home with a new car and ate very happy. I will go back to Volkswagen of Salem again, we own a VW Car and because of the great service we received we will take it to the dealership for service.

We went on a massive test driving day and VW was the 4th dealer we hit. We honestly didnt expect much as we had all but decided on a different car. Koda took us for a test drive in a new 2019 VW Atlas. He took the time to demonstrate the safety features and for both my husband and I to test drive. We liked the car so much and it ended up outshining the car we thought we would end up buying. At the end of the test drive Koda put no pressure on us and just made sure we knew we could get a hold of him with any questions. We got in touch to come try our carseat in the car and he made sure someone was expecting us and knew what we needed. When we came in to buy we had a short and to the point negotiation that ended in a fair price. 2 hours and we were off in our new car. We purposely went on a weekday hoping to have a quicker process and we did... But I think some of that was also due to the way Koda handled our sale. I assume the car will be fine as it is new and has a 6 year warranty so this review is just about the experience of buying.

By far the best car dealership I have ever done business with... About two weeks ago, I purchased a 2015 Golf TDI. The initial experience was very pleasant: the sales consultant Monte was friendly, knowledgeable, and since I knew what car I specifically wanted, after a short negotiation, we made a deal. The day I purchased the car, I had forgotten to bring my trade-in car title, but Monte said to just bring it in a day or two and they would issue a refund check for me... Sure enough, I had to come back a couple of days later to check my seat heaters that were not working properly, and while I was waiting for the service to be done, I got my refund check at the same time. I was impressed how prompt and professional everyone was, from the sales to the finance group. At the service desk, I was greeted by the Service consultant Gary. He asked me to wait for a couple of hours while the technicians are diagnosing the issue with the seat heaters. After about two hours, Gary informed me that they would need to order seat heater elements, and that they wouldn't charge me for a generally mandatory deductible (this is a certified car), as a courtesy. Objectively, a VERY few places practice this kind of integrity and customer service in this day and age. I was very happy with the overall service, and Gary's professionalism. While I have enjoyed the car immensely, my misfortune with it unfortunately continued... I discovered that the car was missing a spare tire, likely removed by the previous owner and never caught by the VW technicians. Yes, it was unfortunate and disappointing, but after a quick email to Gary, there was a super fast response that the management approved a new spare tire for me, and that he had already placed an order. This was truly above and beyond, and also way beyond my expectations. During the certification inspection, the technicians made a mistake of not checking the spare tire, but Gary and VW of Salem just wanted to make it right... Talking about an outstanding service and integrity.
Overall, I highly recommend doing business with VW of Salem. Yes, mistakes happen, but what really matters is how a business goes about mistakes and what it does to correct them. I hope VW of Salem stays the course because integrity and professionalism ultimately pay off.

It was my first time to have my car oil change done at this place. I am so glad to find this best place out of many other options because fewer places would take time thoroughly clean your car both interior and exterior for FREE as this place did. Further more, this place accepts phone appointment including Saturday; Weekday they would be open until 11pm for customers convenience, plus the lovely fancy coffee machine.... From now on, I would never go to any place else to have my car serviced done.
HIGHLY Recommended this 5 star place!!!
