We walked into see a used SUV we had seen online but forgot which car we were looking for. The gal at the desk has a salesman men help us out. He was able to figure out what we were looking for and got us a test drive. We decided that we wanted the car and we would be paying cash. They worked with us in the price we wanted to pay out the door. We went home with a new car and ate very happy. I will go back to Volkswagen of Salem again, we own a VW Car and because of the great service we received we will take it to the dealership for service.
