We went on a massive test driving day and VW was the 4th dealer we hit. We honestly didnt expect much as we had all but decided on a different car. Koda took us for a test drive in a new 2019 VW Atlas. He took the time to demonstrate the safety features and for both my husband and I to test drive. We liked the car so much and it ended up outshining the car we thought we would end up buying. At the end of the test drive Koda put no pressure on us and just made sure we knew we could get a hold of him with any questions. We got in touch to come try our carseat in the car and he made sure someone was expecting us and knew what we needed. When we came in to buy we had a short and to the point negotiation that ended in a fair price. 2 hours and we were off in our new car. We purposely went on a weekday hoping to have a quicker process and we did... But I think some of that was also due to the way Koda handled our sale. I assume the car will be fine as it is new and has a 6 year warranty so this review is just about the experience of buying.
