Great place to buy a car, or 2. If your looking for a low pressure, well informed, respectful salesman ask for Koda! He sold us a new car for my son to head off on his college adventures. He was so helpful that a few days later I decided that I need another car for myself, and I thought let’s try Koda again. Gave him a quick call, told him what I was after, he made it happen again. Thanks Koda and VW of Salem!!

My husband and I are expecting a new little one, we had talked about looking for a bigger SUV than our beloved Jeep Liberty to fit our whole family. 2 big German Shepherd's, a 5 year old, a 9 year old and now a new baby, plus mom and dad! We came into Volkswagon of Salem just to look around. After we looked and saw a few rigs we liked, we spoke with Omar, and he let us test drive the ones we liked. He asked if we wanted to sit down and talk about what we wanted, so we agreed.Let's be real, we all know what its like going into a dealership, and talking cars. Hours of time figuring out if the car you want fits your budget, your monthly payments, your down payment, ect, and a lot of the time, you dont get what you want. Let me just say that this didn't happen to us AT ALL. We had a set price in mind on what we wanted to pay a month and what we wanted to pay down if we decided to really go through with getting a new rig. So after some negotiations, and going through different deals, Omar and his finance managers Scott and Jamie were able to get us the deal of a lifetime! Not only did they get us into the car we wanted, we got it for less a month than what we originally went for. These guys pulled every trick out of the book they could to make this happen for us. They were all friendly and so compassionate to work with! I didn't feel like I was working with some sales person who just wants my commission in their pocket. We felt like we're leaving with new friends!! I wouldn't reccomend going anywhere else or working with anyone else than Omar, Scott and Jamie at Volkswagen of Salem. Thank you guys for everything!!

I've actually got some not so great of service the first time I had came in to service my car.But i must say this afternoon went incredibly awesome I felt welcomed and heard.Much much diffrent then the other day just goes to shows everyone has bad days don't be so quick to judge a company off of just a couple of employees. ( UNLESS ITS REACURING)IN MY CASE I WAS WRONG TO JUDGE...keep up the hard work and hustle guys...
