We recently had a great experience with VW of Salem! We were greeted upon arrival but not like we normally are at a dealership. We didn't feel like we were swarmed by a salesperson. We were asked what we were looking for, it was quickly found, hopped into a vehicle for a test drive and the rest is history. I would recommend this dealership based on the experience we had. We never felt pressured and feel like we got a great deal. What typically is not a fun task [of buying a new car] was actually quite easy with Monte and we didn't spend hours feeling stuck inside a dealership. If you're in the market for a new VW, head to Salem and ask for Monte.
