I had been looking for a certified pre-owned Volkswagen Passat TDI for a bit and decided on one from here. Lexy was our salesperson. We arrived towards the end of her shift but Lexy stayed over several hours making sure things went smoothly. We drove several different vehicles and was able to drive one home at a fair price. Friendly staff, easy to work with.

After walking through the lot for a few minutes which was all we needed to fall in love with the vehicle we chose to purchase. It was truly . No bull completely transparent experienceOur salesman Nick Bean made us feel like we were joining a family and was awesome with our 4 year old. The finance manager was upfront in our options in a very difficult situation. Absolutely no pressure. To make everything that much better everytime they came with an offer and we came back with a counter, they were able to beat our offer, I would recommend this dealership and Nick Bean as a salesman to work with, hands down my best car buying experience! Mike Brown the finance GURU, was upbeat, pleasant, respectful and great with our 4 year old. Very patient person. The selection of preowned vehicles had many option for the vehicle we were interested.Will definitely buy here again

This was the fastest car buying experience ever. Everyone that we dealt with was so nice and helpful. I would definitely drive back from Portland to get a car from this dealer.

Kain was newer sales person but did great job. We discussed our needs went and got my first choice of truck. Did test drive. Got it safety checked. We negotiated a fair deal. They got car all cleaned and ready to go. I never have liked the negotiation process in car dealers but they at least did it respectfully.To the general sales manager and Lithia company management I will direct my main complaint. There are current rules because of covid 19. These rules were blatantly DISREGARDED. Masks were only partly worn by some employees and not at all by others.The only exception was the finance manager who was on point in his health standards. My wife and I are in our mid 60s and this puts us in a vulnerable position. The sales managers in the office wore none. Sales ppl were 1/2 wearing them. It was a joke. Maybe covering mouth but not nose. Other times not wearing them at all.It is disrespectful to the customers and shows no care for employees to not take the mandated health guidelines. If management doesn't correct this the place should be given correction or fines. I know Lithia is a well respected car company but this needs to drastically change.

I drove 3 hours to check out a Ram pickup, Jerome helped me and everything was extremely smooth and painless. They even bumped off a couple bucks making the drive worth my while. I highly recommend this team!

Tanya helped me and my husband the other night, she did an amazing job! She was honest and made the process really easy to get the car we wanted at a price we could afford.2 years ago we bought a car at the Volkswagen dealership in Beaverton and hard the worst experience. We drive out of the way to go to this dealership and it was totally worth it. They were organized, and were happy to help us in any way possible. It was also nice having couches and the latte machine during the waiting process.

I get my Audi serviced here and they always do an amazing job. I was referred to them by the Audi dealer since I'm closer to the VW of Salem. I will continue to go to them. They treat me with respect and explain everything and answer my questions. They keep me informed during my service and offer suggestions and alternatives.Overall a wonderful place to go.

Love my new Tiguan and loved my car buying experience. David G did a great job showing me cars and answering my questions. Everyone was friendly, helpful and VERY low pressure. Took awhile to get the paperwork done, but thats because it was a Saturday and they were very busy. Sign of a good dealership! I recommend them highly and ask for David!
