We had a very pleasant used car buying experience with VW of Salem. We were helped by Marlo and Benji and both were extremely friendly and fun to work with (if you’re lucky Benji will do some celebrity impressions for you). We came in to test drive a Ram 1500, but saw that the online photos didn’t match the actual condition of the truck. Since they stock several models of similar trucks, Marlo helped us look through the inventory to see what else matched our needs (we needed a bigger truck to tow a camper). Marlo stayed waaaaay past his quittin’ time to work with us and after only one round of a fairly silly offer on their part, they met our financial needs. Benji was very kind to relieve Marlo and let him go home. He kept us and our son entertained as we were there pretty late. They even came up with some pizza for our son. Our only critical observations are that things moved a little slowly once we struck a deal (but it was late and they had not worked with our Credit Union before), and they could do a little better job of training on proper mask wearing. That said, all employees and customers were masked and regularly sanitizing hands. They also do solo test drives (on your own with no sales person).

Just bought a car here. Transaction was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice. I talked to Corey online and he was fantastic. Then Omar took care of me. Everything was laid out perfectly in front of me from pricing to financing.I was there for awhile only because it was kind of busy. Which is good news for them in times like these.

I had an issue with a car that I purchased from them but they were able to remedy the problem. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and they have taken care of any problem that I have had. JJ the manager did an awesome job to make sure all was good. I would recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. Thanks for all you have done for me and if I ever need another vehicle I will see what you have.

We found a car online for our grandson that he liked. We called and spoke with Francisco to make sure the car was still on their lot. It was and we drove from Lincoln City to look at it. It was perfect so we purchased it. It was a fast easy process. Thank you Francisco.

Our experience was awesome, our new friend Monte Riddle listened to our needs directed us into the perfect vehicle for us. The processe was pretty quick, and totally painless we drove home in our Nissan frontier Pro 4x. A couple hours ago. Thank you Monte and thank you Mike Brown.

I bought my car brand new in 2017. I continue to get my oil changed at Volkswagen of Salem when Im due. The workers in the service department are 100% professional. They are very time oriented and you get the full service oil change in only an hour. Its always stress free to go there and I really appreciate that.
