Great Experience and a fair price. Our salesperson Israel had all the paperwork ready to go and made it literally the fastest transaction I have ever had in a dealership.

My wife and I came by with a very unique scenario on our hands, and thanks to Tanya, they were able to make things work. I had a car that I wanted to trade-in and put toward the possible purchase of a used car they had. One that is considerably more expensive. To add to the complexity, the car I was trading was actually in my wife's name, AND we were upside down on the loan.Not only were they able to accommodate all of the above, but they were able to get me into the car I wanted, and with an extended warranty + GAP insurance. I held firm on my needs and limitations, and they did absolutely everything they could to swing it.I cannot praise Tanya enough for her diligence, her kindness, and the many ways in which she went above and beyond. As someone else stated in another review: this dealership is lucky to have her!

Bought a used 2011 Camry from Randy at VW of Salem. No pressure bought cash so the process was very quick. Happy with the car and the sale.

Madiba (sales) was awesome! He took us on a test drive, explained everything in very simple terms for us. Compared choices and options with us. After our purchase he showed us the features and gave us his undivided attention.

Talked with Dane for about a week or two on a potential new vehicle. I’m over an hour away but Dane answer all my question. Wasn’t pushy at all. Overall the experience that didn’t make me hate car shopping like I normal dread. Unfortunately I have to wait a bit turn in my current lease and explained to Dane that I will not be able to make a deal for another few weeks. He was completely polite and did not bully me nor flood me with calls. I hope to do business with him and hoping the rest of the process is as smooth as it has been with Dane.

When the battery died on my Passat, they were able to squeeze me in after I got off of work on a Saturday even though I got there at 3:30. Eternally grateful for them. 10/10 would recommend.

I appreciated their approach to COVID. I think the COVID thing is blown out of proportion and they did not make us feel like we were dealing with that. Dane was our "backup" salesman and would definitely go back to him when the next time comes.

Clean facility, friendly people and great amenities in the customer waiting area. Overall a great experience.
