Easy fast purchase. Sales team was pleasant to work with.

The staff was very friendly. Got a recall done and a safety light checked out.Turns out it was a burned out bulb. They replaced it for free and washed my car!

This dealership is excellent in every way! I say that because we originally had our 2011 VW Tiguan towed to Power Buick GMC/VW of Corvallis for repair and after 2 1/2 months I found out they had only put in a total of maybe 4 hours of work into my car. It sat on the lot most of the time. They could not get past the diagnostic code of "no communication" on the transmission, and while it was there they broke more things than I can list, drained my brand new battery completely!! We were horrified when we towed it home to get it up to VW of Salem. I was immediately contacted by the service manager Greg and he not only gave me his direct phone number, but said "I guarantee we can fix it" and fix it they did. It took them only 1 day and Greg called to tell me we could pick it up. I was speechless!! This dealership is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and very hard working...I recommend them to everyone and they have a customer for life with us. I was so impressed it's hard to put into words, but mostly just grateful.

My wife and I haven't been to a car dealership in ten years, so we were quite nervous when going in. As soon as we got there the staff put it at ease, we knew what we wanted and they didn't push newest best model on us. Overall A++ experience, from the test drive to purchase.

Service was great, Greg was amazing as always.. but the customer WIFI had restrictions on websites.... I was tryin to window shop for new hunting gear,but it would not let me visit brownells.com. said it was restricted because of Weapons....
