Excellent customer service and vet very friendly!!

The entire team at VW of Salem is phenomenal to work with. Anthony Q. listened to my needs/wants and met or exceeded every expectation I had. He and his Finance Manager (Ryan R.) made sure I received the financing I requested and didn't waste my time. From start to finish, it was a no nonsense buying experience, exactly as I wanted it to be.My vehicle had to be driven up from Medford, and even though it was Anthony's day off, he made sure to come in and get everything situated with me, really taking the time to educate me on my new purchase! Anthony is very knowledgeable of everything VW and is very passionate about the brand and product he's selling.Because of the care package I purchased in addition to my vehicle, I even got to work with the service department. Their team contacted me quickly and had the additional work completed before I had even owned my car for a week!Lithia VW of Salem truly represents the Volkswagen brand and I will definitely refer anyone to them, whether looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.Thank you!

Not only that they were able to help me fix what we needed to be fixed but they found some other problems too. And offered to fix it at the same time.

I took my 2015 Jetta in on 06/04/2016 for routine maintenance and I was astounded. Greg took care of us us soon as we walked in. The service was great, very helpful, and fast. I ended up purchasing some accessories for my Jetta in the shop on premise and they offered to put it in my car and add it all together so I had less transactions and nothing to carry. I was told it would take 2 hours to get everything done however it only took an hour and a half. Oh and did I mention the the complimentary wash and vacuum of my car? I will never take my car anywhere else. While we wait I walked to Fred Meyer's ( about a mile away), since my car was done early they sent the gal at the front desk over to get us. They went above and beyond and I could not be happier! Thanks Greg and Team! ya'll are amazing!

Thanks to Jim, the process of buying a new car was straight-forward,pleasant and free from stress. Jim's honest, easy, no pressure mannermade the experience positive. We appreciate their willingness to openup shop early for us to complete the transaction so that my husband couldpurchase the car and be back to work at a reasonable time. They werenot our closest VW dealership, but we felt it was worth travelingl the extradistance to work with VW of Salem.

Whole experience was pretty smooth, from first phone contact with Derrick to test drive with Luke, to the whiz kid in the document signing. Derrick in particular treated me very courteously before he knew my credit-worthyness, and I'm just a surfer in flip flops.Sorry about the pollution control trust-bummer. I always wanted the gas, and the turbo is awesome. I rented a gas jetta last year and was not impressed. This engine rocks!!Hope you weather the fall-out and are there for me if I need you.

It is very refreshing to work with a dealership that gives you their best quote straight off, no games, no back and forth. VW of Salem came back with the lowest price for the Passat we bought by 3% over the other seven quotes we received from other dealerships in OR & WA. Many of the other dealerships came back and offered to meet or beat Salem's price after the fact. I enjoyed giving our business to VW Salem who dealt with me honestly and gave me their best price first time.

I was in and out very quickly. My car looked great!

Service team is always flexible with my time and offer friendliness and transparency with all my repairs and oil changes.

Buying a car from VW of Salem was such a good experience! We live in the Eugene area, and made the drive up to VW of Salem because of the selection of used vehicles. We ended up buying a 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit for a fair price, four months later the car still runs amazing! We were helped by Curtis who was very professional, and a genuinely nice person! I would highly recommend VW of Salem, and will defiantly do business with them again!

Going to VW of Salem I had no idea what I was doing, I thought to myself this place is hard to get into I know for sure... Walked in and my salesman Richard had me gather my information, and being I was on a time frame he had me just go ahead and fill out the credit application and sign it.. He told me he would get back to me the next day... I walked out and within literally 20 minutes he contacted me and told me to call him he had great news... Went home to grab what I need and he showed me the car I was approved for. He knew exactly what I was looking for and got it for me in 20 minutes. I was definitely pleased with the work he had done for me. Best salesman I have ever worked with and honestly I couldn't be happier.

Greg Bell was very helpful in getting the service work done although it did take about 2 1/2 hours.I have taken my taken my Tiguan into your dealership twice for service. Both times the mechanics failed to reattach the shield under the engine properly. The first time it was hanging down a couple of inches in front and I had to undo the screws and attach it properly. Yesterday I notice half of the shield was loose in front and again I had to craw under the car and attach it properly.Otherwise I was satisfied with your service and felt Greg was fair in replacing the tires. I was a little surprised to have to replace the tires after only 20,000 miles. Regardless of the model of car, VW needs to equip their cars with a better tire. This will hurt their reputation if they place cheap tires on a car.

They were honest, fair,caring and helpful to me while I made my car buying choice. Thanks to you all. I will send others to you. Zo
