I took my 2015 Jetta in on 06/04/2016 for routine maintenance and I was astounded. Greg took care of us us soon as we walked in. The service was great, very helpful, and fast. I ended up purchasing some accessories for my Jetta in the shop on premise and they offered to put it in my car and add it all together so I had less transactions and nothing to carry. I was told it would take 2 hours to get everything done however it only took an hour and a half. Oh and did I mention the the complimentary wash and vacuum of my car? I will never take my car anywhere else. While we wait I walked to Fred Meyer's ( about a mile away), since my car was done early they sent the gal at the front desk over to get us. They went above and beyond and I could not be happier! Thanks Greg and Team! ya'll are amazing!
