The entire team at VW of Salem is phenomenal to work with. Anthony Q. listened to my needs/wants and met or exceeded every expectation I had. He and his Finance Manager (Ryan R.) made sure I received the financing I requested and didn't waste my time. From start to finish, it was a no nonsense buying experience, exactly as I wanted it to be.My vehicle had to be driven up from Medford, and even though it was Anthony's day off, he made sure to come in and get everything situated with me, really taking the time to educate me on my new purchase! Anthony is very knowledgeable of everything VW and is very passionate about the brand and product he's selling.Because of the care package I purchased in addition to my vehicle, I even got to work with the service department.
