I just have to give a big shout to these guys! We had an amazing experience here. Anyone who knows me knows that I am not a fan of "cars saleman", but Volkswagen of Salem has one that changed my mind. Javier Rodriguez Garibay was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I talked with Tanya over the phone to look at the car initially, she was very nice and took the time to bring the car outfront for us to see. By the time we actually arrive she was helping other clients and had Javier take care of us. I will recommend him and the dealership, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you so much Javier, my daughter loves her car!!!!

I had an amazing experience at VW of Salem this past week. I had the pleasure of working with Dallas G. whom I highly recommend. He was empathetic and made every effort to help make the car buying experience fun and easy. Jesse R. was the go to guy for info on all the latest tech that came with the car. He paitiently explained all the features and went over all my questions.Chris K. Stepped in to check how things were going and made sure all my needs were being met by the team. Thanks Chris! However, I have no kind words to say about Mike the finance person I dealt with. He singlehandedly deflated my experience. I still made the purchase. However, that part was on par with getting root canal.

Overall good car buying experience. Sales rep, Jerome, was personable and provided helpful information.

Ezra helped out with my purchase .He was great, friendly and answered questions to the best of his knowledge or tried to get an answer elsewhere if he didnt know off hand .4 stars because everyone else seemed to have a blase attitude kind of like its just another day at work trying to get thru the day kind of feeling.

John is one of the best salesman at Volkswagon our experience at Volkswagon of Salem is by far the best I've ever encountered. Go see John..tell him Marlene sent you.Test drive the atlas you wont be sorry

Sales experience was great. Spare tire was flat although marked as checked on the inspection sheet.

They were able to get me in quickly, had a variety of alternate transportation, and resolved my issue in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and the waiting area was delightful.

Friendly non pushy salesmen went in to buy one truck I saw online and turned out to be wholesale only but was shown several others and got just what I wanted and would buy from them again

Internet sales manager Koda was great and super responsive to my online inquiry. Got a great price for a great car. Koda and team stayed late with me till almost 10:30 pm to finalize the sale. Would recommend to anyone and will use again for future purchases.
