I ARRIVED AT THE XPRESS SERVICE AREA FOR A LIFETIME OIL CHANGE SERVICE WITHOUT AN APPT WHICH I UNDERSTOOD I COULD DO. ACCORDING TO THE VW WEBSITE. HOWEVER BRANDON SEVICE ADVISOR STATED WEUSUALLY NOW ASK FOR A ONE WEEK APPT. NO PROBLEM FOR ME TOGET EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT MORNING AND I WAS OFFERED ANICE CAR WASH AND ON MY WAY WITHIN AN HOUR.GREAT SERVICE FOR ME. GREAT DEALERSHIP STAFF.I HAVE BEEN WITH LYTHIA FOR OVER 10YEARS STARTING IN 2005WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR IN SANTA ROSA CA...MY SERVICESWITH LYTHIA HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SPOT ON GOOD.

Great folks. I called in to make sure they had the car we wanted. We drove from Beaverton because Herzog-Meier VW in Beaverton treated us so poorly and a simple search showed that Salem VW had the best online prices in the local area. Mike was great to work with, It was a little slow getting through everything but they were very kind and attentive to the fact it was taking longer than normal. Overall all a great experience. This was our second car we have bought here and will be going back in the future!

Good went for oil change took about an hour normal for a dealer.

When you tell them what your monthly payment you need to stop going back and forth and getting close to the price.also their are lights out on my truck you should have fixed those before selling the vehicle.but I do appreciate you replacing the starter for free when it went out.

I've been looking to buy a new tiguan and Tanya has been wonderful. She never pressured me into picking the first tiguan I test drove. I'd also like to thank Jesse for all of his hard work too. This has been almost a a month long thing and she has been so great!I truly hope Volkswagen knows how lucky they are to have them work for their company.Volkswagen has great deals and some great employees. VOLKSWAGON originally sold me a Dodge Journey that ended up being a lemon and a money pit after 7 months. Before deciding to go somewhere else to purchase a new vehicle and get out of the debt that I was in, I decided to go back to see if Salem Volkswagon was willing to make it right for me. Mike Brown is the man to see. Mike was amazing. He got me out of Jam. I got in a car accident about 2 weeks ago and insurance company was taking for ever to total my car out. And so even I try to get a car banks look at my credit and see the loan my credit still. But they were willing to look pass that with a letter from insurance company and got me a amazing deal with a Scion XB. Great loan terms. I was super surprised that he was able to do this for me. I was such in desperate need for a car. Especially sense I was not getting any money back from the accident. Also have health issue and so having a car is very crucial. I also forgot to mention it was great that we were able to do all the credit stuff over the phone so when I walked in pretty munch everything was done. Thank you Mike Brown and Finance Department for making this happen.FYI little downside.I wish they were able to give me the original inspection report when they got the car in. Also which there wasn't a big deal to get a full tank of gas. Understand that it's used but still. Also which they weren't relying on me for DEQ test after I bought the car. It so they can finish the paperwork. But kinda make sense. Sense Salem does not require it and some of Portland does not with but I leave in Mulnomoth county which does require it. But still think maybe they should have it done already on any vehicles just in case that person leaves in the part of Oregon that requires it. But point of the matter they took car of me either way. And took there time and did not feel pressure at all.
