I never write reviews on places unless they went above and beyond. Lithia Volkswagen of Salem are amazing at what they do they are not pushy like most of the other dealers and they genuinely care. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from them October of 2016 and they were wonderful and never made me feel like i wasn't buying something a did not want so now when i was looking for another vehicle this place came to mind since I remembered how amazing there customer service was so i gave it a go and last Monday I purchased my 2016 Chrysler 300 from Jon who was an amazing sales consultant I would recommend him every single time he just made me feel comfortable even after a long day of being at work and driving an hour and a half to get to Salem from Eugene . he already had everything needed without me asking for a thing I felt like a president or something. I just want to thank Lithia Of Volkswagen one more time for getting me into my dream car.
Recently purchased a VW Alltrack....generally a quick and painless experience. Once I got home, I noticed there were a couple of minor issues with the vehicle which should have been picked up prior to delivery, but they are being rectified without a fuss
So to start this will be long but worth it!!!!!! I have been through the ringer looking for a car. I literally came to this location knowing they didn't have the car I was looking for, gave them my simple requirements and asked if they had anything that would fit. I have not once looked at a car newer than a 2015. I was hoping for anything around a 2013 with less than 80,000 miles. Upon pulling up I was greeted by Alex when she thought a more experienced eye would help she pulled over a co worker who gladly came to assist. When Alex's appointment showed she excused herself and left me in the best hands ever. Javier was amazing. He located a Dodge Journey SE like I had been looking for but instead of a used car with a few extra miles it's a 2017 with 12,6** miles. I literally expected to be rejected. He spoke with the guys in the back and informed me that while they would love to make it work because it was a new car not used at a certified Dodge dealership then it couldn't just be brought over. Heartbreak right... No he leaves comes back after a while and they made it work. Unheard of for a dealership to pull a rabbit out of a hat but this team was magic. I have some credit issues like a lot of people, a big one being I put myself through college. Well never the less while pulling strings that have never existed they came up with a payment I could handle. After several hours my little boy being hungry he noticed amongst all the chaos that Alex was coming in after buying herself and some co workers some blueberries. She saw his interest and offered my son some of her own food. She didn't have to do That, she came back with a cup FULL of freshly washed blueberries, it truly warmed my heart. Javier and his manager James are all the while making everything work for me to get not just the car that I want but a car I never thought I could have. A brand new car for me and my family. A blessing, that I am so grateful for. It's late and I finally have the pleasure to meet Richard who is honest and says he has felt better about other deals he has done but he will do his best. This is a good spot to point out Richard is the finance guy in this haven of dreams. I left feeling like they where all really trying. But the next day BAM! All set they are picking up my car!!!! It shows up late but safe and I came in the next day. Everything was ready. All the paperwork my trip permit already in the back window, cloud nine. Dot the I's cross the T's. Done I left in a brand new car feeling so blessed they worked magic on my payments plus an amazing warranty is 2 dollars less than what I agreed to pay two days before. HOW I get upgrades and warranties and 2 dollars less than I expected.... love love love these guys. Best team ever... plus I called with questions after and they had no issues answering them and have been nothing but kind. So great.
Not your typical salesmen!- They we’re not pushy and annoying, they simply made the buying process easier. Would recommend

First of all, nobody enjoys the car buying experience, right? Thats what we thought prior to the excellent customer service we had at Volkswagen of Salem. We honesty enjoyed the beyond excellent car buying experience we had from Matt pizza Toreson. While our total time at the dealership wasnt super fast (4 hours), we felt it went as fast as it could go. I also enjoyed not having to miss any of Monday Night Football as it was playing on the big screen in their reception area.
