I had an amazing experience at VW of Salem this past week. I had the pleasure of working with Dallas G. whom I highly recommend. He was empathetic and made every effort to help make the car buying experience fun and easy. Jesse R. was the go to guy for info on all the latest tech that came with the car. He paitiently explained all the features and went over all my questions.Chris K. Stepped in to check how things were going and made sure all my needs were being met by the team. Thanks Chris! However, I have no kind words to say about Mike the finance person I dealt with. He singlehandedly deflated my experience. I still made the purchase. However, that part was on par with getting root canal.
