As soon as I walking into the dealer I knew I wanted to buy a truck here. They answered all my questions, stayed within my budget, and sold me a great truck. I enjoyed that the entire staff worked together to get me what I needed. My salesman V was great and very knowledgeable about my vehicle, my loan, and didn't try to up sale me on stuff I didn't need. I would go back there in a heart beat.

If you need a car you NEED to go to Volkswagen of Salem and ask for Jose!!! He is by far the best sales professional out there. He is a friendly and funny guy to be around. He made my experience comfortable and pleasant. He made sure I was well taken care of the day I bought my amazing car, and for the future days to come. I thank Volkswagen of Salem for having such a great employee who made my experience the best.

Great experience all around! I made an online inquiry, was called back shortly after to make an appointment. When I arrived the salesman was friendly and direct, we drove the exact car I was interested in and that was it! They beat the interest rate on my pre-approved loan and there were no hidden charges. I was in and out in 2 hours. I would highly recommend!

Had a great purchase experience with Brandi. I was made to feel very welcome to test drive any and all models that I wished; and I really appreciated that they were happy to get me whatever I wanted and not push anything on me. In the end I got the exact car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Can't ask for better than that from a dealer.

Mike Brown is the man to see. Mike was amazing. He got me out of Jam. I got in a car accident about 2 weeks ago and insurance company was taking for ever to total my car out. And so even I try to get a car banks look at my credit and see the loan my credit still. But they were willing to look pass that with a letter from insurance company and got me a amazing deal with a Scion XB. Great loan terms. I was super surprised that he was able to do this for me. I was such in desperate need for a car. Especially sense I was not getting any money back from the accident. Also have health issue and so having a car is very crucial. I also forgot to mention it was great that we were able to do all the credit stuff over the phone so when I walked in pretty munch everything was done. Thank you Mike Brown and Finance Department for making this happen. FYI little downside.
I wish they were able to give me the original inspection report when they got the car in. Also which there wasnt a big deal to get a full tank of gas. Understand that its used but still. Also which they werent relying on me for DEQ test after I bought the car. It so they can finish the paperwork. But kinda make sense. Sense Salem does not require it and some of Portland does not with but I leave in Mulnomoth county which does require it. But still think maybe they should have it done already on any vehicles just in case that person leaves in the part of Oregon that requires it. But point of the matter they took car of me either way. And took there time and did not feel pressure at all.

This is long overdue but I have to write about the care I got at this place. Last summer during the intense heat wave my car blew pump and I was stranded in Salem (live in Portland). It was too late in the day for the repair crew to do anything but not only did they let me hangout in their blessed air conditioning they gave me a ride to Fred Meyer so I could buy some dinner and then drove me back. They were empathetic and kind even though they couldnt fix it (they diagnosed with no charge) and they werent making a dime off me. Customer service was impressive, especially in this day and age.

The staff here is always awesome and super friendly. Ive been coming here for 5 years for oil changes and service needs on my Jetta. Greg in the service dept always greets me by name and makes sure Im not paying for work to be done that is not needed. I also just recently purchased a truck from Jose in sales. I told him how much I was looking to spend and he did everything he could to get me the right price on the truck I wanted. This was the biggest vehicle purchase I have made and he made it simple and non stressful. The finance guys even beat the interest of bank and got my payments to a price I can afford. I would recommend this place if you are looking to find a great price on the vehicle you are looking for.
