I bought a Chrysler 200 from this dealership. A very polite, well put together, gentleman named Alex helped me get the best financing option I could have dreamed of! About a week later, I also brought family & They bought a really nice Buick from this dealership as well. We all left happy & we love our new vehicles. By far the happiest I've ever been making a car purchase, I would say the same for my family.

Curtis was quick and fast and able to answer all of our questions and the paperwork was quick and painless. The car was detailed and ready for us to take home that night. Great service and no problems!

Very positive buying experience! Chris was a new salesman but was east to work with. They don't play the good cop bad cop like a lot of other dealerships do. Gave me a very good price for my trade and it was a very easy and smooth process.I bought a truck that they had just got in the day before. I had to bring it back a couple of days later to get fully detailed. In that process they also did a full inspired and replace the front breaks free of charge.I really felt like this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had!

My wife has been here for service and I came here for the buy back process. The service staff have always been helpful and very friendly. The building is comfortable and a modern design. Nice place.

Im giving them 5 stars because of how they took care of me after one of their salespeople was unpleasant. I test drove two low mileage used cars and had decided on the one Id buy. Mind you, this is the most Ive ever spent on a car. But when I asked for a minor concession of $300, the sales guy shut me down. I went to another dealership and was treated great, but they didnt have anything comparable. So back I went to Lithia VW, dreading dealing with the same cranky salesperson who acted as if he was doing me a favor. As I approached the building, Brandi (salesperson) asked if she could help me. I told her the situation and that I was seconds from turning around and leaving because I didnt want to deal with that particular salesperson. She brought me inside and spoke with the sales manager and between the two of them, they agreed to make the adjustment so Id buy the car. The finance guy was also very nice and helpful, promising he could get me a rate of 3.9% or less (beating USAAs 5.34% quote). I picked up the car the next morning and am fairly happy with it. Definitely a good deal for the price, but I do wish they had let me test drive it on the highway. At higher speeds, it doesnt handle well at all, which is disappointing. The only other gripe I have is that they wouldn't give me photocopies of things I signed. By law, when you sign something, you are entitled to a copy. They did give me a USB thumbdrive with unsigned versions, but I'm still wanting copies of what I signed. Tuesday they're supposed to confirm with me which credit union and rate my loan will be. I just read another Yelper had to return his car because the financing didn't happen as promised. Now I'm terrified that'll happen with me.
Anyway, if you go there, ask for Brandi. Shes not pushy, quite knowledgeable, and renewed my faith in car salespeople. The cars not certified so hopefully they didnt sell me a $13,000 lemon... will update.

Im very happy with my car buying experience here. These people will treat you right! Excellent customer service. We came back for repairs also and the service was very fast and friendly. I highly recommend VW of Salem.

Great buying experience, Fallon has been a great sales guy, definitely gone above and beyond to help me out. Very patient and helpful. Even after the sale he has continued to help me out with a couple issues that needed to be fixed on my vehicle.

I just completed my Passat TDI buyback with this store. I have to say, the the gentleman who did the processing was friendly and well prepared. He took photos of the vehicle and already had all the documents prepped for signing. He explained clearly the next steps. I was afraid they were going to press me into looking at another vehicle, but they did not even bring up the topic. This was a great interaction with the dealership.
