Had vehicle in for service, very pleasurable!They took good care of me.

Although I was a half hour early for my appointment, Jason Arritola, the service manager made me feel welcome and that I was not causing him any problems. He quoted me one hour for my service call and it was one hour on the dot. I am very pleased with Volkswagen of Salem and very pleased with my Jetta.

We had an excellent buying experience for a new Jetta. No sales pressure, an excellent price and all of our questions were answered. Jason took care of us.

Very personable crew and didnt get rushed at the door by everyone pushing for a sale. In and out took about 1.75 hours even though we knew exactly what we wanted before we got here but that's to be expected. Only gripe is my credit was pulled 9 times in one visit which has never happened before (i monitor very closely) and as soon as I got home the nav stopped working in the car! Other than that it has been a great experience so far... I have only had the car a week so hopefully it stays a pleasant experience.

Volkswagen of Salem always seems to have availability for appointments and they work quickly. My last appointment was estimated to take 90 minutes, car was done in an hour. The staff in the service department is very friendly and professional.

Greg did a great job getting me a loaner at the last minute. I dropped off my Touareg for routine service and discovered my water pump was out. Greg immediately contacted me and said just keep the loaner and they would call me when done. When I came in to pick up my car it was ready, washed and was in and out quickly. Greg even made arrangements to meet me before opening to pick up my car so I could keep my schedule.Great job Greg.Jerry Bottemiller

First salesman i had didn't care at all. Very rude guy and ended up bailing on me after the test drive. Another salesman came out and helped and was very helpful and made everything happen and made me enjoy my experience.

I had a great experience at VW of Salem! I was shown a great selection of vehicles within my price range and desires for a new vehicle. Was able to test drive, get all the paperwork done in a timely manner, and drove away with my new car the same day! I was very grateful for their attention to detail, their patience, and walk through the whole process. I felt special, truly helped, and excited about the experience. Everyone had a great attitude and were very knowledgeable. Thanks VW!

I was very impressed with the service department yesterday! They were ready for me when I arrived, calling me by name. A driver took me home. They not only fixed the problem, but they washed and vacuumed the car as well. I felt quite pampered.
