I called first and spoke with internet salesperson Omar Hidalgo, then I asked for him when my son and I went to buy his first car. Omar is young himself and related to my son well, but he was also kind to me and such a nice guy and really knowledgeable. Ask for Omar Hidalgo!

I purchased the lifetime oil change package when I bought my Toyota Tacoma from the Lithia Toyota dealer in Redding, California. When I moved to McMinnville, I found the Volkswagen of Salem dealership would honor that agreement. This dealership did a great job of handling the oil change and even vacuumed and washed my truck for no extra charge! It’s hard to beat a deal like that. Thanks Lithia of Salem!

Visit was timely and courteus. Staff was not trained on some of the lights and gadgets in cabin now in 2018 cars. Can't say that I blame them !! Recall was completed to make safe but will require another visit one day. VW fault. They washed the car and got me on the road. Greg good as always.

My technician Asa was amazing! He thoroughly checked my car while serving the fluids and rotating my tires. He checked every thing I asked for and more. His dedication to giving the customer exactly what they want is unbelievable. I will continue to use lithia for service as long as they keep giving my car to Asa.

Monte really helped my fiancé and I out in getting a very nice 2010 Ram 1500. The manager and sales staff are very friendly. I recommend going to them if you’re looking to buy a car or truck

I bought by car here, great experience. But, I also had a recalls and they weee able to get me in and out the same day I called about them. I loved how efficient they were. They also offered a free car wash and they have a coffee machine. Great experience overall! Keep up the hard work.

Had a smooth and stress-free experience buying a car. Really appreciated the fact that the salesperson Nick Bean only showed and talked about what we specifically asked for, unlike the dealership I went to right before (will keep which one private) where the guy immediately started pushing me towards models I didn't ask about. The finance manager was very helpful and friendly as well. The building was very comfortable to wait inside of, and they are dog friendly. Would recommend visiting this dealership if you need a car.

Great experience here! John Lillig was our salesman and he took excellent care of my family and me. He found us a car that fit our needs and budget, completely no pressure. The entire team seemed to work hard to make our purchase quick and painless. I would send my mom here and trust that she would be treated just as well. Will return here for all service and any future purchases. So glad I found them!

I happily make the almost hour drive to this dealership versus the one much closer to me.This is because I’ve always had such a great experience with this location. They’re kind, accommodating, they listen, and I don’t ever feel like I’m being talked into more service on my car than what I asked for. Service is done in a very timely matter, and I appreciate the wait as I sit comfortably in a beautiful waiting area. It’s an all-around awesome experience when I’m here and would always recommend!
