Just a routine oil change, and it was done within 10 minutes of the estimated wait! I spent part of that time drooling over the new cars, the rest availing myself of the available wi-fi.

They are always busy and short- staffed on Saturdays. They should either have more service techs on Saturdays, or schedule appointments on Saturdays (instead of walk-ins only).
