The sales person was great but he's still learning. There was little to no pre-sales contact unless I started any conversations even though I pre-ordered the car 3+ months in advance. Finance department missed some things: Incorrect percentage on lease agreement and they made errors on lease contract so I had to return to sign a new contract. Great people, but they could use more training on the new paperless system and on EV's.
