VW was voted the best car on earth by Top Gear BBC recently, and VW Salem is a fine representative of this reputation. The new showroom is beautiful and very very modern, their lobby is comfortable and warm, you can wait there comfortably for the services on your VW, be sure to check out the very cool latte machine! Everyone there I met was above-board and by-the-book, upheld the standards of service VW established decades ago. Your auto is in excellent hands. The part dept/gift shop is the best in Salem, very knowledgeable and helpful, and sells German-made parts when they are available (as well as parts from their European and South American partner factories) there are no shortage of parts- even for older VWs. The inventory is what you would expect from VW, true, dependable, solid.
