I had an awesome experience buying my used car here. Our salesman Michael Wenzel was so helpful both with my purchase and even with my husband purchase of a Harley at another dealer! He truly went above and beyond for us. We bought my car and were happy with our loan payments but then got a call the next day from the finance manager, he said that they were able to drop the interest rate by almost 5 points!!! No buyers remorse here. I would absolutely recommend Lithia Volkswagen to any of my friends or family! Thank you Michael Wenzel and team Lithia!!!
