I haven’t owned a VW for a long time, but I am so glad with my new Tiguan. I have bought cars through Lisa Upex at other dealerships; she is the reason I went to VW of Salem. She makes the process easy and comfortable. My Tiguan is comfortable, feels solid and safe, and I am still learning everything it does.
