We had a great experience here. After a horrible experience at their sister lot, Honda of Salem, we decided to try VW instead. VW treated us like they really wanted our business and everyone was great. The difference was in the sales management team. Honda refused to work with us while VW made us feel like they really valued our business. We ended up buying a car that we never would have considered before shopping at VW of Salem. Just goes to show how far good customer service goes! They treated us right and stole a sale from their sister dealership. Thanks JJ and the rest of the sales team!
