Recently purchased a used Ram 1500 and had a excellent experience with the sales staff. They were not pushy, very fair with my trade in, and very compromising with the overall price. I spent hours looking at vehicles with Ishmael, which in retrospect felt like I spent the afternoon with a good friend....the guy is a 10 in my book. I had a few questions after the purchase and Ishmael returned every call promptly, sometimes even on his days off! Please promote Ishmael. Very impressed with the customer service.I ended up having trouble with an ignition module and the company immediately sent a tow truck to my residence in Albany on their dime and provided me with a temporary replacement vehicle while my truck was being repaired. This was a “as is” purchase and the company shipped me a spare wheel and OEM jack that I did not initially notice was missing. I know they didn’t have to do this. Greg, the parts manager, is the man. I will continue to shop for future vehicles at Volkswagen of Salem.
