I recently moved to Salem and have only just started utilizing them for my vehicles needs. As a woman and a single mom to a three year old girl you have to be careful about who you chose to be your mechanic but not once have they ever made me feel uncomfortable or tried to take advantage or overcharge me. They walked me through every single thing they recommended and did on my vehicle, sometimes twice if I didn't quite understand. They provided me with a very high quality of service and have done the utmost to help me and work around my work needs and daughters school schedule. I had to have my vehicle towed to them while I was on shift and they immediately worked with me and gave me a rental. And when they called to inform me my vehicle was ready to be picked up I was unsure if I could make it on time before they closed due to needing to pick up my daughter and without even a second thought they immediately said hey no worries, you can come by tomorrow if you need to. So if you need any work done by their service dept ask for Mike or Jesse because they are absolute gentlemen and extremely professional and I would 10/10 recommend them.
