It was easy to return to VW is Salem after having such an awesome experience the first time. Again, the awesome specials advertised online are what brought me back to VW of Salem. Upon arriving to the dealership, we were immediately greeted by a friendly salesman, Jose. This particular day was a huge storm day for Salem! Crazy rain & wind, but Jose made it fun running around the lot looking for vehicles! Jose proved to be very knowledgeable about all things Volkswagen and was able to answer any questions I had. Jose was amazing! Also, very upfront and honest about pricing; there were no surprises.The whole financing process, which is usually a dreaded part of the car buying process, was delightfully painless. Jose was extremely patient throughout the process and really worked hard to put together a deal that was realistic and feasibe. The finance manager was also a delight to work with and the paper signing process only took about 5 minutes! No joke!Overall, again I was extremely impressed with Volkswagen of Salem. Jose did a phenomenal job of breaking everything down and making sure that I got the best deal possible. I can say with absolute confidence that this was the BEST car buying experience I've had to date. I am in love with my new Passat! I look forward to maintaining a relationship with VW of Salem in the years to come!
