I was very impressed with the honesty of the service department. They told me what I needed fixed today ad what could wait if I couldn't afford it right now. They did what they said they were going to do and nothing more. They were extremely fast and friendly. We used the night drop and they called me the next morning to tell me the diagnosis. Then I paid by credit card over the phone and they had the keys waiting with the sales team since I work late and I couldn't get there before the service department closed. I would recommend doing VW of Salem to anyone. I have never had a good experience taking my car to a dealer in the past. They changed that perspective completely.
