Top notch customer service. From Greg the service advisor to Rocky their shuttle driver, I couldnt be happier with the service we recently received by this dealership. We have a new to us 2011 VW Routan we purchased this past March, and took it on our annual Seattle to Southern California road trip vacation. We had the 40k service done before leaving so felt confident the car would be dependable. On our trip back about 4 hours away from home the battery light came on about 730 pm on a Monday. Long story short- our car had to be towed from the side of I-5 at midnight to a motel and then was towed to this dealership in the morning. Greg and his team took care of us as best he could. It turned out to be the alternator and he ordered the part to be overnighted. Rocky the shuttle driver was fun and very informative being this was our first time in Salem. He picked us up in a van large enough for my family of 6 and 2 weeks worth of luggage. He even offered to take us to a drive they to grab lunch in case the service on our car took longer than expected. Greg was kind enough to wave our warranty fee after all of the trouble and stress our family had endured. This is a great dealership with friendly service that goes above and beyond. They have a clean waiting room, clean restrooms and free yummy coffee. Look no further for your service and car buying needs.
