I had a pleasingly low-pressure buying experience with Curtis Goodwin, the Internet Manager. He emailed me a fair discounted price for a 2017 GTI, $3,000 off MSRP. My wife and I had an informative test drive with Curtis. When we decided we wanted a silver Autobahn GTI that VW of Salem didn't have on the lot, he found one at another dealer that arrived quickly.I'm now hugely loving the car. I don't know why GTI's aren't more popular among the people, like me, who want a sporty car that's super fun to drive and also practical for everyday trips. There's nothing about the GTI that has disappointed me after a week of driving it.
