I didn't end up getting a car from here, and I couldn't be happier about my experience...even though I didn't end up with a vehicle. I worked with salesman Miguel and found a great deal on a pre-owned Mazda that I was happy with, price and all. However, when the car did not pass safety inspection, they offered a full refund for the deal and totally unwound the contract, despite the fact that I had paid in full up front in cash. That kind of honesty was totally unexpected, but thoroughly appreciated. Kept my family from being put in an awful position of spending our hard earned cash on a car that was about to need an engine replacement. Well done, guys. Thank you.
