This was my first experience buying through a dealership, and it really set a high standard. Everyone I met and worked with was very friendly and helpful. Taylor was great with consistent communication on arranging my appointments and checking in throughout the process; Israel is very insightful and was very accommodating to working with my circumstances as a first-time buyer, and Scott made the final financing process quick and easy (seriously, like 10 minutes tops)! I was able to come in on short notice and test drive the car I was interested in right away, take my time to ask questions and finalize my plan, and drive away by the end of the week. Honestly, this alone would have been great under normal circumstances, but it’s truly impressive considering the new demanding circumstances in the world we’re all living with right now. Really reflects the team and their work ethic as a whole.
