Francisco, our salesperson, was super great. Friendly, but not pushy, accommodating and knowledgeable. Actually, everyone at the Volkswagon of Salem Oregon were super friendly. The store was very clean and quite nice in its design. It had a very comfortable vibe, so for that little bit of time one has to sit and wait for paperwork to print or the car to be brought up, it was a pleasurable wait.
